Kenya Airways received recognition for the Piper Heidsieck NV wine served in Premier World. This sparkling wine from France won the national carrier accreditation as it was placed third in the Business Class sparkling wine category in the Business Traveller Cellar in the Sky Awards 2007.

Kenya Airways shared third position with Korean Air and Japan Airlines, while Singapore Airlines and Qantas shared the business class award with Lufthansa winning the Best First Class Sparkling award.
